Drop-in Questions - No Appointment Needed: Do you have a quick immigration question that doesn't require a full appointment? ISSS advisors are available at CISS on Storrs campus, Monday - Friday from 1:30-3:30 p.m. for drop-in questions with no appointment necessary. Topics that may still require an appointment:
- Applying for OPT/working in the U.S.
- Changing visa type
- Complicated immigration scenarios
Regional Campuses and Law School
ISSS advisors are available in-person on a drop-in basis at the Stamford, Law and GBLC campuses with no appointment needed, during scheduled hours.
ISSS Hartford (Graduate Business Learning Center): Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1:00 - 3:30 pm
ISSS Stamford: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am - 4 pm
ISSS Law School: Monday and Thursday, 8 am-12 pm, 1 pm - 4 pm

ISSS offices and staff are not based at the UConn Avery Point and Waterbury campuses. Students and exchange visitors at UConn Avery Point can meet with an ISSS advisor when they visit campus, which is usually one time per semester.
