At ISSS Storrs advising services are offered on an appointment basis. You can schedule an appointment to meet with your ISSS advisor at the Storrs campus virtually or in person. You have an assigned ISSS advisor based on your campus and program of study. Find your advisor here.

Regional Campuses and Law School

From January 4 to January 30, 2022, you will need to schedule a virtual appointment to meet with your ISSS advisor. Click on their profile, and follow the prompts to schedule an appointment. Not sure who your advisor is? Click here.

ISSS advisors are available in-person on a drop-in basis at the Stamford, Law and GBLC campuses with no appointment needed, during scheduled hours.

ISSS Hartford (Graduate Business Learning Center): Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1:00 - 3:30 pm

ISSS Stamford: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am - 4 pm

ISSS Law School: Monday and Thursday, 8 am-12 pm, 1 pm - 4 pm

 

ISSS Advising – UConn Waterbury and Avery Point Campuses
ISSS offices and staff are not based at the UConn Avery Point and Waterbury campuses. UConn Waterbury campus students should contact ISSS Stamford with immigration questions, international advising, or to arrange for travel signatures.  You can also schedule virtual appointments with Lulu Dong, the ISSS advisor for UConn Stamford and Waterbury (see instructions below).

Students and exchange visitors at UConn Avery Point can meet with an ISSS advisor when they visit campus, which is usually one time per semester.  Students and exchange visitors at UConn Avery Point should contact Amina Kader, amina.kader@uconn.edu, with any immigration or international advising questions, or to arrange for travel signatures.  You can also schedule virtual appointments with Amina Kader (see instructions below).
