Kavitha Kannan

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology at UConn.  I am from the coastal city of Chennai in India and moved here for graduate school.  When I’m not in the lab, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts and watching TV shows.  I want to be on the ISAB to serve as a voice for the international student community, and communicate and help overcome their challenges of student life in a new country.
