Hailey Winschel recently joined ISSS in the role of Administrative Assistant as of June 28, 2024.  Prior to joining the ISSS Hailey worked at the University of Hartford and with the town of Simsbury.  Hailey earned her BFA in photography from the University of Hartford, spending her junior year abroad in Seoul, South Korea.  Hailey speaks a little Korean and Spanish and she is an avid gardener. You can find Hailey at the front desk when you come to CISS.
