Beatriz Almeida

My name is Beatriz, I am an incoming senior studying Human Rights and Political Science, with a minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexualities Studies. I am Brazilian and Portuguese, but I have moved around the world my entire life. I have a great passion for activism mostly related to women’s rights and social justice. I am super excited to be part of the ISAB and to work towards a better community for international students at UConn.
