Who does Annie advise?  Annie advises all Storrs campus students and scholars in the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources, and the Schools of Business, Nursing, Pharmacy and the NEAG School of Education. Annie also advises all Statistics, Molecular Cellular Biology (MCB) and Physiology and Neurobiology (PNB), undecided majors (ACES) and all general/individualized majors and is a point of contact for sponsored J-1 students (e.g. Fulbright, USAID, IREX) within the departments she advises.

Schedule an Appointment with Annie:

Annie started at ISSS at the start of September 2016 as an International Advisor. She is responsible for advising all international students and scholars and is the point of contact for Pharm.D. students and Undergraduate students in the schools of Business, Engineering, CAHNR, Fine Arts, Nursing, Education and ACES. Annie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Northeastern University, a TEFL certificate from the Boston Language Institute and is currently studying her Master’s in Adult Learning at the UConn School of Neag. Prior to joining ISSS, Annie worked in non-profits around the Boston area serving minority populations and taught English in Ecuador for WorldTeach and the University of Cuenca. She also worked for the UConn School of Business, IT Department as a Fiscal Assistant. She has navigated public transportation and hostels around Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and hopes to visit Asia in the near future.
